The service

PromptParty.in provides a library of ready-to-use AI prompts and related content. Some content is free; some ("Premium"/"Pro") requires a paid subscription.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information at signup and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One subscription is for individual use; sharing account access is not permitted.

Pricing & payment

• Pro is a one-time payment that grants access for 12 months from the date of purchase. There is no auto-renewal; you will not be charged again automatically.
• Prices are shown on the site in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change from time to time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.

Refunds

Because Pro provides immediate digital access, purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds are issued only in the case of a genuine payment error or duplicate charge. See our Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly repost the prompt library or bulk-export its contents.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass the paywall or disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

The PromptParty.in website, branding, and curated prompt collection are our property. Your Pro access is a personal, non-transferable licence to use the prompts for your own content creation.

Disclaimer

Prompts are provided "as is". Output from third-party AI tools depends on those tools; we do not guarantee specific results, income, or channel growth.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PromptParty.in is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
